EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/science
- 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing/science environment.
- Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment with a solid understanding of FMC would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive collaborative efforts required to deliver quality and compliance performance for shift.
- Initiate, manage and make decisions which impact product quality.
- Model and promote behaviours that ensure delivery of high-quality products for our customers while championing compliance with Abbott policies and procedures, meeting all local and statutory requirements.
- Accountable for shopfloor incident investigation and reporting for assigned area, coupled with timely escalation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Track, trend, and continuously improve performance for overtime, OEE, production.
- Promoted and drive continuous improvement programs using Operational Excellence tools and methodologies in processes/procedures in the shift for root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
- Drive OEE performance, understand the drivers, and develop and execute plans around improvement of line performance and quality metrics with support from direct manager.
- Actively plan and organize the day-to-day manufacturing operations and schedules.
- Anticipate and drive proper alignment and prioritization between manufacturing and support teams.
- Coach and direct individuals and the team to meet performance goals and objectives.
- Lead efforts required to deliver the EHS performance for the shift/line of accountability.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
