Education: Bachelors ' Degree
Experience: 0-1 Year experience with FMCG Background.
Skills: Strong Communication, Excellent Negotiation skills, Attention to details, Good in MS Office.
Language: English, Hindi, Malayalam

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont

• Ensure the availability of raw materials as per the production plan.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly working environment, including materials and company property.
• Oversee smooth packaging processes and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Production Targets: Ensure production targets are met as per company requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure all products meet company quality standards and client specifications.
• Resource Allocation: Manage materials, equipment, and labor effectively to optimize production flow.
• Oversee daily production operations and implement weekly production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Requisition and maintain inventory of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
