Production Supervisor
Coloplast is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our Operations department located in PDC Tatabánya. This postponement center is the largest logistics center of Coloplast, which site has approximately 560 employees.
Your tasks would be in this position
Lead the packaging team in order to ensure daily packaging plan and Coloplast growth
Workforce management (training and development)
Seeking possibilities how we could make our processes more efficient with same quality level
Regular 1:1s; PDPs; team meetings with the colleagues
Active participation in recruitment
Leading and following up projects
Improve safety culture
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
English and Hungarian knowledge
Great collaboration and communication abilities
Being precise and proactive
Having the ability to work in team and individually
Problem solving skills
Advantages
Experience in project management
Leading a team of min. 50 FTEs
