Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Lead and coordinate the activities of the production line in accordance with the work instructions and the operation and inspection sheets applicable to the area, to ensure the manufacture of products that meet the requirements and specifications defined by the customer, as well as the fulfillment of the production schedules with safety, quality, quantity, cost and established times, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify that the components supplied by the Material Handling Warehouse match the materials stipulated in the Operation and Inspection Sheet, in order to ensure that the specified components are available to ensure the production of products that meet the customer’s requirements.
Reinforce the operation of the lines, supporting the operators in the area, to meet the programmed production levels. Train the personnel of the area, in the operation of the machinery and in the assembly of components, to guarantee its correct use and quality of the product. Release and capture, in the Oracle System, the assembled axes, to maintain control of inventories and update the system.
Supervise the correct operation of the semi-automatic and manual equipment, in accordance with the specifications of the Operation and Inspection Sheet, Process Engineering Specifications and Structure Sheet, with the objective of performing the assembly and subassembly of the front axles in accordance with the established standards. Learn about IATF 16949.
Elaborate, during their shift, the corresponding records such as: self-controls, logs, etc., with the aim of having information that allows them to know the behavior of the process and make decisions about it.
Contribute to the solution of internal problems, be a promoter of teamwork.
