Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Ability to work independently under the Production Manager.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience as Assistant Production Manager or similar supervisory position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Proseal machines an advantage.
Shift Pattern and working hours: Tuesday – Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Production Manager in the day-to-day duties.
- Manage the Line Leaders and Quality controllers.
- To meet Production Targets.
- Minimise Unit Costs.
- Maintain the Integrity of the Production process.
- Maintain High Quality Standards.
- Checking product meets customer specification.
- Reporting to the Production Manager.
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules are fallowed.
- Label check/Positive release.
- Daily stock takes and control.
- Plan the daily workload.
