We’re looking for an Evening Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: You’ll need at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- LEAN Knowledge: Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Problem-solving: Excellent decision-making abilities and a knack for solving complex challenges.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of Syteline, IFS, or similar ERP software is a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: You’ll occasionally travel within Canada and the US.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of production employees. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel.
- Safety First: Promote a safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting regular inspections, and addressing safety incidents promptly.
- Efficiency Matters: Monitor production schedules and metrics, adjusting workflows to meet targets and customer demands.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion LEAN initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors and managers to develop production plans and schedules.
- People Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among team members.
