Description:
- The ideal role holder will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of fashion collections, maintaining quality standards, and seamless operations to drive efficiency within our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing production plans to meet design specifications and deadlines while optimizing resources.
- Managing the team and providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a motivated workforce.
- Overseeing production budgets, tracking expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions.
- Maintaining quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable practices to implement relevant improvements.
- Collaborating closely with designers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to ensure material availability and quality.
- Implementing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, tracking raw materials, and finished goods to prevent overstock or shortages.
