Description:
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong background in Edgebander operation. This role involves working on the manufacturing floor, overseeing cabinet door manufacturing, and performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Edgebander and other woodworking equipment, with mechanical aptitude for maintenance.
- 3 year of experience working in cabinetry manufacturing or installation industry preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Edgebander, along with other woodworking machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.

- Coordinate with production staff to meet order demands and schedule adjustments.
