Description:

Quatreau Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our committed workforce. In Quatreau Manufacturing we are specialized in Multi-Function Taps and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Fully produced in UK, Quatreau products uses 316 stainless steel components and other high-quality materials to guarantee a long-lasting reliability. We are looking for a team player and result-driven professional with a forte in maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency meanwhile ensuring production targets.
At Quatreau Manufacturing, you will have exposure to challenges and a dynamic and friendly environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products from concept to production.

The Production Supervisor will be based in our facility in Woking, Surrey, UK and report to the Production Manager. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm

Your Responsibilities would be:

  • Supervise daily production operations and manage a team of production workers
  • Ensure production schedules are met while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime
  • Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Your profile would be:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HND) in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in electronics or water movement beneficial
  • Knowledge of ERP systems advantages
