Our team is made up of dedicated and hardworking individuals who together create a rewarding and welcoming work environment. We are currently hiring a Production Supervisor / Machine Operator to join our team.
The Production Supervisor will oversee our commercial manufacturing line, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the production process, including setup, loading raw materials, adjusting gauges, and producing door panels. They will also learn how the team finalize products by adding seals, endcaps, and windows. In addition to managing performance and coaching their team, the Production Supervisor will collaborate with team members and the Plant Manager to ensure high-quality output while maintaining efficiency, and prioritizing health and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Running the Manufacturing Line that makes Residential and Commercial garage door panels
  • Learn how to emboss materials used in the door panel making process
  • Learn how to change materials, patterns, to make different types of doors
  • Learn the process of running a line and specifically for embossing panels
  • Learn the finishing end of the production line, ensure quality control, and maintain an emphasis on safety, service, and efficiency through the entire process
  • Ensure raw material security and accuracy of production output
  • Lead your team in the process of manufacturing using not only production manufacturing protocols, but those of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
  • Maintain the general appearance and housekeeping of work areas
  • Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
  • Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Assist other production leads with planning product runs and producing in a timely manner
