  Reporting to the Christchurch Branch Manager, you will assume responsibility for production activities to ensure expectations of safety, operational productivity, quality & customer service are being achieved in line with organisational goals. This will entail the ongoing development of continuous improvement initiatives, implementing and monitoring production plans, monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to maximise efficiencies.
  This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced supervisor/manager, possessing experience gained from within a best practice manufacturing environment. The role will appeal to an individual looking to take a hands-on management approach, and with the ability to naturally drive/instill high performance.
