Exciting Opportunity Alert! Production Supervisor
Are you an experienced Supervisor or Chargehand with a passion for the fast-paced world of FMCG? People HQ is recruiting for a key client, offering a fantastic opportunity to step up and make an impact in a dynamic production environment.
About the role:ROLE:
Lead and supervise a team in a high-volume production environment, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Monitor and maintain production schedules, production output and KPIs.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across the production floor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production challenges and opportunities.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity and process enhancements.
Prepare and present reports on production performance and team achievements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential: Proven experience in a supervisory or chargehand role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Desirable: Experience within the FMCG sector, with an understanding of its fast-paced nature and high standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing others.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and senior management.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
