Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations, including GMP and HACCP.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
- A degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
