As the Production Supervisor at our Windsor plant, reporting directly to the Production or Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective team management, operational efficiency, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Workplace Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized facility. Uphold all safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and audits.
  • Operational Management: Oversee production processes to ensure timely execution and quality compliance. Analyze production data for improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of manufacturing technicians and operators. Facilitate team meetings and performance discussions.
  • Continuous Improvement and Project Management: Champion initiatives aimed at process optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency. Drive projects to improve KPIs.
