We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team and take a leading role in advancing our operations. In this key position, you will lead two production and warehouse teams, develop innovative solutions to everyday challenges, and play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain. You will spearhead initiatives, such as implementing digital systems, organizing workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and establishing effective routines to support daily operations.
Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of our factories. When the opportunity for investment arises, you will have the chance to make a compelling case for its necessity and potential benefits. Ensuring the quality of our products and services will be your highest priority. We believe in a hands-on approach—rolling up our sleeves when needed and celebrating successes together.
This role reports directly to the Group Supply Chain Manager and the CEO of the NSI Group. The position requires travel between our Finnish locations (Lohja and Lahti) and does not offer remote work flexibility.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Proficiency in SAP B1 is a plus
• Familiarity with digital systems such as WMS, MRP, SCADA, etc.
• Background in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, pneumatics, logistics, or chemistry
• Experience in industrial automation projects and equipment
