Due to our successful growth and acquisition we are looking for a driven, innovative and resourceful Production Tam leader to join our fast-paced Operations team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Organised and methodical with great analytical skills
  • Ability to remain focused with good attention to detail.
  • Good at working under pressure, managing time and solving problems.
    · Highly developed inter-personal and communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence across all levels within the business
    · Reach truck and Counterbalance license Desirable.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO-

· Ensure all Production orders are processed on time and in full
· Maintain high standard of quality and accuracy of all orders through the production department.
· Drive a zero tolerance mind set for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deadlines and operational requirements are met fully at all times.

· Ensure the manufacturing equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

  • Solving problems within the production process as they arise

ROLE SPECIFICS:

  • Hours: 44 Hours a week (4 on 4 off rota - 12 hour Shifts)
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: DOE
