Production Technician (Back - End)

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Open to fresh graduates from ITE/Polytechnics
2. Preferably with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
3. Physically fit
4. Able to work in cleanroom environment
5. Knowledge on Microsoft Office

1. Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
2. Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide and mixing and filling of chemical polisher within stipulated targets and acceptable quality levels.
3. Executes all production activities as instructed, such as but not limited to container preparations, inspections, washing, loading and palletizing to and from conveyor, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material receiving and handling, barcode generation and printing.
4. Prescribe to adhere the procedure on QMS, EMS and OHS.
5. Carry out necessary process parameters and record the data on check sheet and ensure that the readings are within prescribe operational range.
6. Able to carry out and use hand held equipment necessary for operation activities.
7. Able to carry out and use NAV operations.
8. Able to carry out simple maintenance work.
9. Able to carry out process and line improvement.
10. Maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area.
11. Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities.
12. Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure and observing line discipline.
13. Performs any other tasks as instructed by the Superior.
