KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in a workshop or production role or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with personnel across all levels
- Proven ability to work both effectively as a team member and autonomously with minimal supervision
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - DESIRED:
- Mechanical work or assembly
- Power and hand tool skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Eager to hit the ground running: you should be highly self-motivated with a hands-on attitude
- Inquisitive and solution-driven, seeking continual improvement to problems that arise
- Ability to adopt policies/procedures and adapt to changes
- Willing to undertake comprehensive training to fulfil the role
