KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a workshop or production role or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with personnel across all levels
  • Proven ability to work both effectively as a team member and autonomously with minimal supervision

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - DESIRED:

  • Mechanical work or assembly
  • Power and hand tool skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Eager to hit the ground running: you should be highly self-motivated with a hands-on attitude
  • Inquisitive and solution-driven, seeking continual improvement to problems that arise
  • Ability to adopt policies/procedures and adapt to changes
