KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees and operates as the line lead of the production line, directly interacting with all operators and material handlers through day-to-day operations.
Leads and trains other team members on proper production techniques and safety protocols.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues with equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
Collaborates with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
Ensures all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.
Ensures that team has all required training and understanding to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.

To that end, this position has a salary range of $42,000.00 to $48,500.00. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
