Responsibilities:

You are accountable and responsible for the following activities:

  • Manufacturing total parenteral nutrition (TPN) products in a clean-room environment using LAF (Laminar Air Flow) technology following procedures and regulations to ensure flawless production.
  • Perform environmental monitoring of the cabinets & clean-room facility to maintain world-class cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in process and equipment validation following procedures and regulations to ensure exceptional quality control.
  • Observe and actively promote Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the highest standards of production.
  • Liaise with Customer Services and Warehousing on goods inward and delivery-related issues to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Monitor facility parameters such as fridges, cabinets, physical parameters, pressure differentials, and incubators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Stock and maintain changing rooms and other ancillary areas to provide a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure stock maintenance in Grade D preparation areas to support efficient production processes.
  • Perform cleaning of isolators, integrity checking, and pressure gauge checking to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Carry out transfer sanitization into cabinets, perform volume and in-process checking to ensure accurate production.
  • Inspect and label compounded products, dispatch compounded products to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality department on quality-related issues, including maintaining and developing GMP within the manufacturing area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices strictly to ensure compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Observe company rules and procedures to maintain a disciplined work culture.
