Production Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Operate CNC machines accordance to instructions.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate parts to achieve and maintain high quality of work according to production specifications
• Supervise the machines while execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to achieve and maintain high efficiency.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Check and maintain and upkeep machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Uphold good housekeeping.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Precision Machining/Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work as a team.
• Good CNC programming knowledge.
• Able to adhere to EHS safety rules and regulations.
• Able to adhere to Safe Work Procedure on each machine task.
