Production technicians are the backbone of our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mills. They make sure we produce OSB safely and efficiently, creating the materials that build homes and dreams. We are looking for Production Technicians at our High Prairie Oriented Strand Board (OSB) Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. This state-of-the-art facility has a continuous press that gives us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative forest products for customers around the world.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Commitment to working safely coupled with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Previous experience in an OSB mill is an asset.
- Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.

- Work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated to safety and efficiently producing OSB.
- Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
- Analyze and troubleshoot in your area and communicate with your team lead and maintenance to get things back on track.
- Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, which gives you flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off.
