KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee the setup and operation of SMT equipment.
• Develop and optimize SMT processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment and processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor production staff on SMT processes and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for SMT processes and equipment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of SMT materials and components.
• Support quality assurance in the inspection and testing of SMT assemblies.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
