We are now seeking an experienced Production Tester Project Manager to help scale our production. In this role you will be responsible for production tester projects from concept to mass production usage. You work in project teams that includes professionals of multiple areas. To succeed you need to work closely together and support each other.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

BSc or MSC in Technology, Engineering or other relevant degree
Experience in project management of complex projects in production testing
Strong background in developing products with HW, SW and mechanics components
Good priorisation and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to operate under ambiguity
Ability and willingness to take responsibility
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and networking skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products

Manage production tester projects from concept to mass production usage
Facilitate the creation of effective roadmap for tester HW, SW and mechanics development together with the technical architect
Lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts from different external teams, such as HW, SW and mechanics
Design automated test setups for device and PCBA
Oversee budget and schedule
