WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE ?

As a Production Worker (Molder) at Bath Fitter, you’ll handle the finishing of various materials using the necessary equipment, tools, or machinery.

IDEAL PROFILE FOR THIS ROLE:

• Work experience in a factory, warehouse, or similar environment;
• Ability to work physically, standing for long periods, and handling tools;
• Ability to work in a warm environment;
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PRODUCTION WORKER (MOLDER):

• Cut various materials using a band saw or table saw, following departmental procedures;
• Perform bending, straightening, sanding, and assembly using the necessary equipment and machinery;
• Mold parts to meet established criteria;
• Perform visual inspections and repair any imperfections;
• Label, package, and box finished parts.
