Productions Supervisor

We are currently seeking “Productions Supervisor” who will ensure high-quality production processes, lead a skilled team, and deliver projects on time and within budget.with production experience in Signage, Interiors or Exhibition industry to join our expanding team.
We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Technical field
• Excellent working knowledge in Wooden Joinery, Metal Fabrication, Acrylic Fabrication etc.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, Exhibition industry is MANDATORY.
  · Excellent working knowledge of Cost Estimation is preferred.
  · Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize production processes, and implement solutions to meet quality and deadline requirements.
  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal departments effectively.
  · Demonstrated experience in supervising production teams, allocating resources effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  · Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in production output and adherence to client specifications.
  · Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain orderly production schedules.
  · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

· Collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor, motivate team members & develop strong team to achieve collective goals.

• Proficiency in using MS Office specifically MS Excel, MS Word and related production control softwares.

MAIN KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor who oversees a project from A to Z, coordinates with production and installation, of each project within the agreed guidelines concerning company process and project milestones and time frame, follow up until delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.
Ability to meet deadlines in high efficiency/productivity. Candidate should possess the in depth knowledge of AutoCAD, 3 D, Google sketch up, Adobe and latest graphic software’s.
