Reporting to the Associate Director, Productivity RUI, this is an exciting role that will ensure that BOC is able to effectively identify, manage and report on our productivity ideas and initiatives
Your role will be to influence others without having direct personnel management responsibilities. You will act as an internal expert for productivity professionals and their project teams
You will be responsible for the creation & management of a range of tools to ensure their effective use to allow effective management and reporting of productivity ideas and initiatives
You will also carry out cost stack & other KPI and financial analysis to aid the identification, reporting of productivity activity alongside ad-hoc project support which may include business case development
