ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Products and Propositions Development Manager role is a leadership role within the Drax Energy Services, managing a group primarily focused on the evolution of our Electric Vehicle charging proposition. This role involves managing a team and overseeing the end-to-end development and execution of both core and bespoke products tailored to meet the demands customers.
You’ll own the delivery of new products and propositions in our Electric Vehicles team, including in-life management and identification of product changes and improvements that meet customer needs, regulatory obligations, and optimise for value and risk.
This is a wide-reaching leadership role requiring you to unlock your potential and work as part of a broader Product team that encompasses Drax’s Renewables, Energy Supply, Electric Assets & Optimisation products, the role necessitates close collaboration with various departments with the aim of building a more unified product suite.
You’ll help us shape the future by continuously assessing against changing customer needs and market trends, ensuring our product roadmap remains competitive and continues to deliver value. You’ll continually improve the product & proposition development process across Drax, continually evolving and refining it to meet business needs and foster an innovative environment.
