Responsibilities:
if you’re looking for a new opportunity within Customer Operations, this can be the right opportunity for you! Among other responsibilities, this encompasses:
- Client-focused tasks - to participate and create implementations and projects that meet client needs, to ensure the best fit, cost control, meeting deadlines and seamless functional quality
- Continuous Improvement - gather internal requirements and promote its review/optimisation on web-based forums
- Attention to details - gather and analyze requirements along with other Customer Operations teams, to develop services and apps that meet expectations and needs, as well as coordinate user acceptance tests
- Project Management - contribute, plan and develop implementation projects along with other teams (technical and non-technical)
