Our Professional Services team leads the implementation of cutting-edge analytics projects with industry-leading insurance companies and banks around the world. In this role, you will work closely with client-side pricing and leadership teams to develop data-based models that inform strategic business decisions, as well as software and product development activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support data extraction and analysis for clients
Build and review statistical models to predict customer behaviour as risk and demand.
Develop and implement pricing strategies.
Synthesize and communicate strategic recommendations to key internal and client-side stakeholders.
Deliver technical and business presentation highlighting Earnix software functionality and advantages.
Assist in thought leadership and product development activities around analytics in Insurance and banking.
Train customer personnel and strategic integration partners on the use of Earnix software
Develop RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and other technical sales support as needed.
Requirements:

YOU’LL DO IT USING:

Experience leading analytics and technology implementation projects from start to finish.
Experience in the analytical world - data science, BI, statistical, or economic consulting.
Good working knowledge of modern data science analytical tools: Python, R, etc.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel across Australia, New–Zealand and globally if needed.
Authorization to work in Australia.
A strong understanding of core system integration and machine learning methods are both a plus.
Experience in the insurance is preferred, and previous exposure to Earnix solutions is a plus.
