REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-5 years of experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including ability to create Power Point presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Professional Development Team & Operations Teams to define and implement HearUSA’s Service Model, Simply Excellent Hearing Care, as it related to all CES and HCPs.
- Build and deliver interactive and engaging training programs for all HearUSA employees. Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
- Become proficient in SmartSheets and Learning Management Systems, inc. Eloomi, to build tools to track attendance, participation and performance for programs.
- Monitor and report outcomes of the programs to field leadership, quality management and professional development managers.
- Master all aspects of the CES I & II and Tech roles to optimize their continued professional development. Working in partnership with Ops to create educational materials that align with Company processes & values.
- Gain understanding in the HCP role to optimize the non-clinical training for their training programs, including monthly training blocks.
- Deliver non-clinical training with passion and expertise during all virtual and in-person events, including monthly training blocks, Learning Tracks & Beyond Together meetings.
- Update and maintain all relevant materials in the Zipline Library. Be conscientious to curate content to ensure only up-to-date, high-quality, branded materials are uploaded.
- Administrative duties for the Professional Development Team, including assisting with Continuing Education (CE) Units.
