JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required including event planning. Experience with Cvent is highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable with dental terminology highly preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to travel to events via ground or air up to 10% required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills required.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn various computer business systems required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Professional demeanor and presentation required.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.
- Strong listening skills and ability to build relationships with people with diverse personalities.
- Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work assignments and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
