SENIOR/MASTER STYLIST WANTED

Hair Republic is currently seeking a Experienced and Licensed Hair Stylist to join our growing team in a dynamic and design-inspired atmosphere in our newest location in Sherway Gardens (Etobicoke) coming this Summer 2023.
This position requires client-facing skills along with leadership abilities, analytic skills and great technical skills.

Position offering:

• Full-time employment
• Commission pay structure
• 10%- 20% commission on all product net sales;
• Advanced training (local and out-of-city);
• Full dental/health benefits upon completing the probation period.

Successful candidate must possess the following key requirements:

• Five (5)+ years of experience as a hairstylist;
• Leadership skills to provide guidance and mentor-ship to stylists with less experience;
• Communication skills in order to provide accurate consultation to the clients;
• Skilled in the following technical areas: cutting, styling, highlights, balayage, full-head colours, blow-dries, perms, scalp massages and make hair treatment recommendations for various scalp conditions;
• Guest satisfaction oriented;
• Guest retention skills;
• Team oriented;
• Detail oriented;
• Availability: Mornings, Evening, Weekends
