INTERNSHIP PURPOSE and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the client tech specialist team on interesting tasks and challenges at our Viana location, such as:

  • Desktop support.
  • Desktop connection to network.
  • Telecommunications support.
  • Desktop applications installation and troubleshooting.
  • Help Desk / Systems Operations.
  • Develop / support web-based programs.
  • Special Assignments – Responsible for the completion of special assignments as required.
  • Teamwork – Considers and seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team.
  • Actively seeks collaboration with internal and external team members.
  • Scope of position is defined by basic problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fied
  • Bachelor Degree in related area is valed
  • Knowledge in software skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required
  • Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)
