JOB SUMMARY
The Professional Relations Specialist (PRS) is an integral part of the Lightfully Outreach Department. Primary responsibilities of this position include prospecting activities that increase brand awareness and B-to-B lead generation for the outreach team. The Professional Relations Specialist provides a human touch and owns the responsibility of engaging and nurturing referent leads until they are qualified sufficiently to pass to Outreach for active engagement. The position also includes referral relation responsibilities supporting the Lightfully Clinical and Admissions teams. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded individual with understanding of behavioral health and the sales process, and ability to strategically target viable prospects.
The objective of the PRS is to develop warm leads (i.e. “Provider Qualified” Leads or PQLs). PRSs fill a vital role of nurturing provider partners over time, building trust and rapport that result in a PQL. Interaction with the provider partner involves nurturing activities where resources and education materials are offered. This results in a trusting interaction that enables the person’s “early stage” engagement with Lightfully. Once the provider partner is qualified and the timing is ideal, the PRS introduces the Outreach Manager to the provider. Once the initial meeting is completed, ongoing provider engagement is transitioned to Outreach.
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce.com experience is a plus).
- Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the teams they support; become a valued member of the Lightfully Outreach team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency.

GENERAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work for prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to operate in occasionally noisy environments.
- This is a remote position and requires the ability to perform all duties and responsibilities at home.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS, preferred.
- 1-2 years previous business experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business development: Telemarketing, cold calling, and/or sales experience in a complex sale environment.
- Education: Educator with experience instructing key concepts.
- Marketing/Communications: Coordinator or manager implementing campaigns.
The pay range for this position is $28-33/hour. This role is eligible for a bonus plan.

Responsibilities:
- Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments").
- Conducts prospecting and cold-calling activities, including, but not limited to:
- Supports professional relationship development in the early part of the sales process.
- Works to make meaningful connection with prospects that will convert to long term, productive referral relationships.
- Supports general needs of the Outreach team as well as new territory launch and low-census focal areas.
- Moves prospects through early stages of the Lightfully sales process
- Supports marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
- Attends field sales meetings/trainings as appropriate
- Completes targeted research for viable prospects
- Detailed documentation of prospecting efforts and referent engagement:
- Enters pertinent prospect information into CRM. Updates and expands as interactions occur.
- Maintains forecast and reports forecast to their respective manager
- Utilizes Salesforce, Apollo.io and similar prospecting tools
- Psychology Today, Conference and event leads
- Maintain positive referral relations by:
- Work with clinical and admissions on referral needs for clients.
- Utilize existing relationships and resources to provide recommendations to support the reciprocal nature of professional relationships.
- Respond to requests in timely fashion.
- Other duties, as assigned.
