WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer who is eager to learn and grow to be a PS engineer within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of C++ Java or Go, with five years of experience, and a keen interest in working with cutting-edge technologies to build robust, scalable microservices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Experience:

  • At least 3 years of software development experience in Java, .Net, Python, or Mobile. Ability to read and understand code upon first sight.
  • Experience with development infrastructure products (e.g., source code repositories, build servers, bug tracking tools).

Customer Engagement:

  • Experience working with customers in technical engagements.
  • Experience delivering technical training classes.
  • Experience with design and implementation of solutions according to customer technical requirements.

Security Background:

  • Background in application security (penetration testing, code review) is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Academic degree preferred; Master’s degree and/or CISSP certification are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services to Checkmarx clients. These activities include:

  • Performing security code reviews.
  • Leading the implementation of the Checkmarx solution at client sites.
  • Training developers and management, both on-site and via web conference.

We value self-motivated individuals who can work independently but are also comfortable collaborating as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform security code reviews with clients.
  • Customize the Checkmarx platform as part of application onboarding and security policy alignment.
  • Lead and manage the deployment and implementation process of the Checkmarx solution in customers’ organizations.
  • Design and implement solutions based on customers’ technical requirements.
  • Understand and formalize customer requests, needs, and requirements, collaborating closely with Product Management, R&D, and Support to deliver them.
