The Professional Services Consultant provides technical consultation and support in the areas of presale, implementation, and post-sale support for integrated solutions of Xerox printers, Xerox Software, 3rd party Application Software, customized software, and hardware offerings for our customers. Technical consultation and support related to the specific and unique requirements for computer settings, configuration of the customer’s network operating system, maintaining network productivity and performance, as well as unique computer client requirements to ensure compatibility and successful integration of the defined solution into the customer’s environment.
