Are you an experienced engagement manager who thrives on client interaction, project ownership, and managing multiple engagements? Tungsten Automation, a leader in innovative automation solutions, is looking for a Dutch speaking Professional Services Engagement Manager to join our team in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone with a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, and a desire to exceed client expectations.

• Serve as the primary client liaison, handling all aspects of consulting engagements
• Triage and manage service requests, create Statements of Work (SOW), secure necessary approvals, and obtain signed Purchase Orders
• Coordinate resource scheduling, manage scope, schedule, and budget
• Approve timesheets, trigger invoicing, and oversee project closure
• Liaise closely with Legal Counsel on contracts and ensure all client requirements are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude
