Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers and Project Managers.
• Assist in coordinating project schedules with Team Leads.
• Participate in mentoring sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Help prepare, schedule, scope, and coordinate projects with Project Managers.
• Support the design and build of cloud-based infrastructures.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors under supervision.
• Contribute to maintaining client data integrity and security during projects.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of client infrastructure.
• Produce clear documentation around project infrastructure and services.

Key Requirements

• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems timely; develop alternative solutions; resolve issues early.
• Business Ethics: Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire trust; work with integrity.
• Team Building: Balance team responsibilities; work well in group problem-solving situations.
• Analytical Skills: Use logical reasoning to solve problems effectively.
• Education: College degree (three-year college or technical school) preferred in IT or related technical field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Azure & Office 365.
• IT Skills: § Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Office 365 § Proficiency with IT hardware/software § Knowledge of hypervisors like Microsoft Hyper-V & VMware § Familiarity with server roles such as Active Directory, SQL, Remote Desktop Services § Firewall installation/configuration; network switch installation/configuration § Wi-Fi installation/configuration.
