ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of running a software implementation cycle
• Understanding of project productivity metrics and project risk management
• Experience of Sage product suite particularly Sage 50, Sage Intacct, or Sage 200 desirable
• Ability to think logically, investigate issues and be proactive in seeking innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Ability to have difficult conversations with customers/staff when required
• Friendly telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to develop, build and maintain customer relationships
• Time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft product suite including Excel, Work & Outlook
• Willing and able to attend software training courses around the country/remotely as required

DESIRABLE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Full clean UK Driver’s License and own transport
• Commutable to Mold, North Wales

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Ensure the team are effectively working and completing projects whilst delivering on the project objectives and customer success stories
• Effectively forecasting and reporting forecasts to the senior management team and key stakeholders
• Working with the team to improve processes and optimise implementation process Manage, maintain and improve project document templates
• Identify, build and develop ways to improve our uniqueness as a business partner
• Work with the marketing team to develop customer success stories
• Work with marketing to support pipeline creation
• Oversee day-to-day operation of delivery
• Develop and deliver a consultant education programme
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Ensure team are scoping accurately and effectively
