QUALIFICATIONS

At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Product Management/ Sales/Controlling/IT.
Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and drive solutions
Experience with knowledge, process or change management is an advantage
Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales planning or revenue management is an advantage
Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce etc.)
University degree in Business, Finance, IT or any other relevant subject
Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning
Fluent in English, German is a plus

In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new technologies. Your mission will be to enable business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data quality.
As part of the projects you lead or support, you’ll be entrusted and encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and methods to tackle complex topics. You’ll also be responsible for driving change and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes. Additionally, you’ll act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of any tool questions as well as system issues.
