JOB TITLE: Program Administration Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Community Services
EDUCATION:
- Student must be enrolled in a University or College program (full-time). A proof of enrollment letter must be presented prior to the job offer.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration or similar/equivalent program.
OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong software application skills, e.g. MS Office programs including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize workwith excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Practical knowledge of applicable software(s) within discipline.
- Preference will be given to students that have a permanent residency in Brampton.
