EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience , 7 years’ related work experience, etc.).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to assist with analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required.
  • Experience analyzing program Agile activities, team performance metrics, program planning, and other tasks related to contract deliverables.
  • Knowledge and experience with GitLab, Jira, and Qlik software.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency mission.
  • An understanding of the Scaled Agile Methodologies.
  • Able to compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, analyzing and maintaining performance metrics and/or schedule performance measurement baselines.
  • Experience developing solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.
  • Ability to participate in determining objectives or assignments; ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities to accomplish objectives.
  • Experience exerting influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.
  • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification.

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$60,000 - $102,000

Responsibilities:

As a Program Analyst (Entry) at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will work to streamline services for managing data as an asset, perform Agile software development, establish and collect team metrics, serve as GitLab/Jira administrator and provide highly visible support across a DoD agency. Your work will shape opportunities for the management of data-as-knowledge used in real-time missions and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security. The primary areas of performance include Data Management, Software Services, Infrastructure and Platform Services, and Cloud Services.
