Description:
- Utilise your Community Services expertise to provide support and advice to the Office of the Public Advocate
- A Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service for 12 months
- VPS Grade 3: $74,580 - $90,558 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities:
The Program Analyst & Support Officer provides analysis and support to the ITP and CISO programs under the supervision of the Program Coordinator.Some of your duties will include:
- Monitoring and actioning communication via a shared ITP inbox, review all ITP reports, Call Centre reports and identify issues requiring follow-up. Assist in allocation and support of CISO program, including record keeping. Coordinate the follow-up of issues with volunteers, the Call Centre or Victoria Police in conjunction with the Program Coordinator and Training and Volunteer Engagement Officer
- Providing regular Quality Assurance of data entry, reporting processes and provide regular feedback to Administration Officer based on Quality Assurance checks. Monitor volunteer compliance and assist Administration Officer with police checks and Working With Children Checks and provide advice, up-to-date information & support to volunteers as required
- Review received reports and monitor for missing reports, data trends and review practice. Process biannual Honorarium payment in accordance with procedure and maintain and update data in program scorecard. Undertake program data analysis and prepare reports on this information for the ITP Program Coordinator and SIVP Program Manager.

About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Knowledge of and/or experience working in the Criminal Justice System and/or the Human services sector including understanding of issues relating to disability
- An understanding of the nature of working with a volunteer workforce including experience supporting volunteers.
- The ability to accept changed priorities without undue discomfort, respond quickly to changes and comfortably collaborate with teams outside of our own organisation.
