Program Assistant I

Overview:
The program assistant will assist in the development of programs and building systems and the intake of membership registration for participants of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the collection of statistical program data and prepares reports when necessary.
• Works with program staff to ensure that all aspects of program operations are effectively implemented.
• Assists with the distribution of outreach materials for programs and will assist staff in maintaining the day-to-day operations of all facility programs.
• Performs related work as required.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications:

• Must have at least two (2) years experience in a related field.
• Ability to perform light lifting preferred.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Computer knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and organization skills are preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural setting preferred.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details as required by the job.

C.O.R.I. and S.O.R.I. checks required.
