Description:

The Program Associate position operates within the Research and Surveys team of Salt Lake Community College’s (SLCC) Data Science and Analytics (DSA) team. The Research and Surveys team supports SLCC by providing qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, survey consultation and creation, data-informed insights for decision making, organizing institution-wide course evaluations, and leading the Institutional Review Board (IRB). We are seeking a Program Associate to set up and manage institutional surveys, survey requests, and course evaluations. The position will also enhance team operations by actively participating in group meetings, peer reviewing reports, and contributing to various projects as needed.
The individual in this role will be expected to work at the Taylorsville Campus with an option for hybrid work. This is not a remote position
Essential Responsibilities and Duties

COURSE EVALUATIONS

  • Set up and manage course evaluations in Watermark for each SLCC term.
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of evaluations.
  • Develop proficiency in the SLCC course evaluation process.

Experience with survey platforms.
