Stellenbeschreibung

• Durchführung des Programms im Einklang mit den festgelegten Zielen gemeinsam mit dem Programm Manager
• Nachverfolgung von Kosten, Investitionen, Tooling, Launches und der Serienentwicklung sowie der finanziellen Kennzahlen der Programme
• Durchführung der Cost Studies (Make-or-Buy, Business Case Kalkulationen, Investitionsentscheidungen, etc.) im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen Programmen
• Unterstützung des Business Plan (BP) & Forecast Prozesses sowie Analyse des Einflusses von Programmänderungen auf den BP
• Unterstützung der Werke und der General Manager bei relevanten strategischen Entscheidungen im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen Programmen
• Laufendes Programm-Reporting und -Controlling der Projektfinanzen (Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen), Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vertretung der Zahlen in den Steering Committees

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Uni/FH/TU) mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder äquivalente Qualifikation
• Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Finanz-/Controlling Bereichen vorzugsweise in der Automotive Industrie
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint) und SAP
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Expertise im Erstellen von Finanzmodellen
• Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Ganzheitliches, ergebnis- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Hohes Maß an Entscheidung-s/Umsetzungsstärke und Selbstmanagement
