Description:

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years working in one or more of the following fields: project management, data analyst, higher education, information technology, or related field (Preferred)
- experience in developing and executing programs grant proposals and data reports. (Required)
- proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g SQL, Pythn, R, Tableau, spss, Stata, Power BI). (Preferred)
- experience n complex higher education environments, serving administrative functions of al large public university. (Preferred)
- experience working in a project-based environment using leading project management practices including schedule management, status reporting, and communciation of project risks and issues. (Preferred)
- able to establish and advance positive working relationships and strong rapport with team members, stakeholders, and industry partners. (Required)
- experience in creating, planning, and organizing events. (Required)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Required)
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of education research and evaluation methodologies is a plus. (Preferred)
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS & PERSONAL AFFILIATIONS
- Associate’s Degree in related area and/ or equivalent experience/training (Required) And
- continuing education in related field (Required) Or
- Bachelor’s Degree business administrattion, educations, statistics, mathematics, or a related field (Preferred)
