Description:
The GBS+ Program Coordinator, Buenos Aires, executes essential site operations and oversees all office communications. As the GBS+ team continues to grow, the position will support growth by acting as the site contact and administrator for the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site’s growth by coordinating and communicating all hiring and training events.
- Manage schedules for conference and community spaces, including partnering with the site lead to execute office-wide community events.
- Arrange transportation and other travel logistics for visitors and employees visiting locally from other Ecolab sites and vice versa.
- Partner with other teams, such as procurement, facility coordinators, and HR to execute the site buildout and expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two-year associate degree in business or a related field
- 2-4 years relevant experience managing complex operational tasks
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Presentable Appearance.
