We are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to oversee our academic programs and Co-op Services, enhancing student opportunities and ensuring exceptional learning experiences.
KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in academic program coordination and knowledge of Co-op services.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to internal educational standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Program Management:Organize and supervise all aspects of the Digital Marketing and International Business programs, including curriculum development and delivery.
- Co-op Coordination:Lead Co-op Services, managing the Co-op Department’s operations.
- Teaching: Deliver one course per quarter (i.e. 4 courses annually) in either Digital Marketing or Business, engaging students through effective teaching methodologies. Classes are Monday-Thursday from 4:00-9:00pm.
- Registration & Enrollment: Oversee the registration process for new students, ensuring a smooth intake experience and maintaining accurate student records.
- Curriculum & Scheduling: Collaborate with instructors to create and maintain a master schedule, facilitating meetings on curriculum and program development.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Oversee grade reporting and maintain course materials; review course evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Industry Engagement: Expand the host company database, network with industry partners, and promote the Co-op program to prospective employers.
- Student Support: Provide consulting and support for students in developing co-op work plans and enhancing their job application materials.
- Accreditation Documentation: Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and maintain accurate records related to programming and instructional delivery.
